The VCTC Capacity Building Initiative (CBI) is a non-competetive grant program available to all teen centers that meet the VCTC's operating standards and are regular members of the Coalition. These are yearly grants for the purpose of enhancing a teen centers ability to serve as a community-based prevention resource for teens.
