The Vermont Coalition of Teen Centers (VCTC) is a statewide collaboration of teen centers working together to make a positive impact on the lives of teens.
The VCTC's mission is to support the ability of Vermont teen centers to provide substance free place for youth to be, with quality programs supported by caring qualified adults
